Petree Automatic Cat Litter Box Gen 2
If you are facing technical issues with your Smartpaw product, please refer to the following troubleshooting guide provided below.
On/Off Button is Red or Flashing Red?
Solution:
1. Clean the two light sensors
- Use a damp cotton swab to wipe the two small opposing lights positioned at the base of the litter box.
- Accumulated dust may obstruct these lights, causing the on/off button to turn red.
2. Check for Foreign Objects in the Base
- Remove the base of the Cat Litter.
- Check for feaces or foreign objects stuck to the bottom of the base.
- Use a clean wipe to clean the area.
3. Reset the Cat Litter Box
- Power on the device and hold the button for more than 3 seconds to reset the device.
Following these steps should resolve any flashing red light issues.
There is no Power Supply to my Petree Gen 2 Litter Box
Solution:
1. Assess if adapter is faulty
- First, assess the functionality of the device's adapter.
- Try using the adapter from your router to power on the device instead.
- This step will help determine if the original adapter is faulty or if there are other underlying issues with the device's power supply.
Cat Litter Bin is always indicated as "Full" even though it has been emptied.
